3M 9222 PG II Heater Repair Kit
The heater kit requires you to follow "Heat Shield Disassembly" then make sure you replace all 4 heaters and reconnect wires in their proper place. Make sure that the heaters are bottomed out on the heat block. Be very careful not to crack the ceramic.
