The Infinity Bond MCH 08-24T is a high-performance static mixing nozzle designed for use with 1:1 and 2:1 adhesives in 200 ml, 400 ml, and 600 ml cartridges. It features a helical mixer with 24 elements and a stepped tip outlet, allowing users to trim the nozzle for customized bead size. With an inner diameter of 0.315 in (8.0 mm) and a length of 8.82 in (224 mm), this mixer ensures consistent blending of two-part materials such as MMAs, epoxies, polyurethanes, and silicones. It is compatible with standard C-System cartridges and Meter Mix Dispense (MMD) equipment. Commonly used to replace the Sulzer MCH 08-24T.
