Infinity Bond MMA 230-40 HV (High-Viscosity) is a flexible two-part methacrylate adhesive designed for the strong structural bonding of various substrates, including:
- Aluminum
- Fiberglass
- Steel
- Various plastics (that are not low-energy surfaces)
At a ratio of 10:1, MMA 230-40 has a working time of 40 minutes and achieves almost 90 percent of its ultimate strength in 200 to 240 minutes at room temperature curing.
With generally no preparation, MMA 230-40 HV can provide high-strength and very flexible bonds to the above-referenced surfaces. MMA 230-40 also allows for a great deal of substrate movement due to CTE (Coefficient of Thermal Expansion) differences.
