The Infinity Bond MS 06-24T static mixer features a helix design with 24 elements, a 0.250 in (6.35 mm) inner diameter, and a 7.32 in (186 mm) overall length. It connects via a standard bell interface to C-System cartridges and supports 1:1 and 2:1 mix ratios for use with MMAs, epoxies, silicones, and polyurethanes. This nozzle is also compatible with meter mix dispense (MMD) equipment, making it ideal for both manual and automated applications. A stepped tip enables adjustable bead size by trimming the outlet. This model is a compatible alternative to the Sulzer MS 06-24T.
